Poor Service and maintenance with attitudes

I have been staying here for the past three years with a non- function ac conditioner unit. I have reported the poor system when I moved in and still not much has been done. Also, property manager is so disrespectful and unresponsive to work order request. The company also can't keep maintenance crews to keep up with the work orders. Other concerns also are a factor. Concerns such as stove, washing machines and etc. have been problems as well. No recommendations from me to stay here.
