Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Impossible to remedy this situation. Remove their practice license.

Upon contacting this firm for information and invoicing relating to a personal debt collection letter I received, I was appalled at the respondent's aggressive tone and verbal abuse. This behavior and lack of professionalism is bewildering and at a minimum when attempting to collect a debt you are to remain respectful and conduct yourself appropriately. According to the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act practicing this debt collection tactic is illegal.
