Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A contract with everybody fitness gym is stating I owe them $870.40. I canceled that contract I took the correct measures that it said in the contract. The attorney debt collector That I talk to you and tried to call will not let me get a word in and is yelling at me loudly and then hangs up on me. He won't let me explain or offer to email my documentation he screamed and threatened me of court action. Resolution Sought I would like them to go over the contract and I would like them to check how many times I use their gym which was one time and come up with a solution on an amount that I owe them that is reasonable. I only use their gym one time for one hour.
