Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Rude and very mean. Scanners. 1 star for luck of better option.

This group are very mean and rude and can't get their product anyway. Try never to fall in their hands. One of the biggest scammer of Los Angeles. They are unprofessional and unethical. Could talk nice in the phone depends on their best interest, and stub in the back. Once they file something against you, they get their way. It is one way flow. Never try it to call and negotiate. It will go nowhere. Just file bankruptcy and stick it to them so they will get nothing. Big zippo money. I'm looking forward for them to file their and go out of business. I was sure it is going to happen in the COVID-19. Slam of the world. I'm going to report them to 1. Best Bureau Businesses & consumer report. When they fall, they will drop big time.
