Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The company responded to one complaint by stating that there were inconsistencies on the applicant's trade or bank references. The company responded to another complaint by stating that they were still trying to obtain better terms, after the agreement had been signed, but that the applicant decided not to pursue the lease.
