According to the company's advertised return and refund policy there is an unconditional return policy on all unworn and unused new items purchased. Returns must come with their original packing and labels. Upon receipt of the return they claim to refund the full purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable. Customers must return items within 7 days of receiving the item. If the return is not made within that time period the sale becomes final.
