According to the San Diego BBB this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to a pattern of complaints. Complaints are concerning consumers having difficulty transferring service to a different phone number without being charged a cancellation fee. There are also several complaints concerning not getting reception at their homes or other areas when needed.
