We have been trying to get a hold of someone and you refuse to connect us.

We have been trying to get a hold of someone and you refuse to connect us to this person as we don't know room number. I got a call asking if he was okay and if I have heard from him, they tried all day yesterday to get a hold of him on his cell all we are asking is to connect us to his room you all refuse what kind of business is this, we are worried and you won't connect us to the room, I would never stay in your motel if that's how you run things, what is wrong with you people, the desk said come to the motel, well how do you do that if your not in the same state? I will make sure people don't stay at your motels again. especially the one in Roseville Minnesota. Make sure that people can get a hold of the guests. We aren't asking for room number connecting us isn't the same as giving room number.
