Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Never again. When I call to get refund status my call is answered by Bob Johnson who says he is the head honcho. I ask about my refund and am meet with aggression, rudeness, and blatent hostility to the point I am hung up on. BBB and lawyer contacted.
