We ordered an ATV for my son from here because we just moved to a small town 180 miles from the house he grew up in. It came 95 percent assembled. We unpacked it and got it ready and he rode it down the road and it died. So we checked why and the fuse blew. So we replaced the fuse. Then all the main wires started to smoke and it melted. I have been in contact with them multiple times since Friday and they keep giving me the run around. Their customer service is awful. I feel so bad for my son, this move has been hard and we were trying to surprise him. Resolution Sought Send me a new ATV ASAP and take the broken one.

This company says anything you have delivered do not refuse it for (cosmetic damages ) if you do and you send it back and THEY DECIDE you should not sent it back they will charge you shipping both was plus 15 restocking fee most of there scooters are priced at $1299.00 to $1799.99 shipping is $500.00 each way = $1000.00 then you add the 15 $194.85 - $269.95 you can end up owning the full price of what you order for sending back damage goods that they decide aren't damaged !, I received a motor scooter that was hit buy a fork truck soon as I started requesting parts the stopped replying to all Communications on my part they kept soliciting me to buy more product but wouldn't make good on product it was already delivered scooters that don't run from damage during shipping to motor scooters with no titles so I can't register than the DMV I have called, emailed,texted every day for two weeks with no response. I do not want to deal with this company that has ridiculous return policies and that doesn't make good on there own policies they failed to make good on there own terms and I want nothing to do with them .I filed a dispute with the bank that financed these purchases . Theses purchases couldn't be used as intended and when needed so I do not want them im not paying for something I cannot use . I have weeks of unanswered emails on motor bikes that have 90 days of manufacture warranty that's going to end before I can even register them @DMV I call foul I'm out THANK YOU Resolution Sought Refund 50 of what I was charged or I'm filling in small claims court . For unfair business practices and not responding back to weeks of emails.
