No support from MyTitleSupport!

Ordered a lien satisfaction letter in September 2020. Received an e-mail on September 9, 2020 informing me that the letter was on its way. Never received it. Tried emailing MTS, got a mail failure message; tried calling, got a number out of service response. No address where to write. That is $20 down the drain! I would not be surprised to learn that those few rave reviews are fake!
