On 6/24/21 I contacted Capital One Auto financing to obtain a copy of my auto lien release letter so that I could get a copy of my Title, so that I would be able to register my vehicle in a new state. I was told to contact My Title Support for this. I did and paid $105 for them to obtain the letter, prepare the docs and send to the DMV for me. I called multiple times and was told there were no updates. On 8/26/21 I was told that my case was completed and that a check had been sent to DMV, but that there was no tracking number available & that I should have received an email ( I did not). FF 12/8/21 told by DMV that they never received anything. Tried to call My Title Support, but they don't exist now. Called Cap 1 auto and told they will send me lien release letter, but that they no longer work with My Title support and since they were a third part provider there is nothing they can do about the money I paid for a service that was not actually carried out. Resolution Sought Ideally I want my money back. Their behavior and professionalism of supervisor Tina (unclear because she would not repeat her name and even lied stating she never offered it) was abysmal. If there's any type of case against them with other individuals like myself I would happily join forces.

Got notice order 43522725 was shipped 5/20/21, has not arrived. Resolution Sought Email me copy, so I can get registration completed before insurance is cancelled.

On 6/2/02 DMV Tarrant County Tax called us in regarding state change. Callback #682 895 6578. Stated they received the documents for the state change. Stated the customer did come in to register the vehicle. Stated that when they received the state change documents they contacted the customer and the customer advised they would like to have the title sent back as they did not need to do the state change. The customer did not go into the DMV to complete this transaction, and the DMV returned the packet we sent them. A new order will need to be placed at this time.

I did go to tax office, took a number to be called. When my number was called there rep couldn't find title, I was never contacted and they didn't have any contact information for me.
