Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. PENN VALLEY

They refused to honor their 10 year warrenty. I spent alot and to be treated the way I have by this company is not a good thing. Its ashame as they as being a manufacture here in the USA should set their sites high but they have the worst customer service I have delt with. The first pllow I had issues with they sent me another one. But with no retun label. So i called the the rep said dont worry just throw it away. So I did. Then had an issue with the other pillow. They arnt made that well I guess. So after orginally saying yes they can send out a replacement after me sending them pics, they then change it to no they cant since I never returned the first one. First why make me go through all that with the pics just for then to tell me no. So they dont honor their 10 year warrenty and after reading how they do this to alot of people, they wont ever get a dime from me again and wont recomend them to anyone again.
