I decided to order the MyCoffee product to give them a try. I paid $49.28 on December 29th, 2022. Apparently, they shipped via Fed-Ex and Fed-Ex was originally showing a delivery date of January 6th, 2023. However, the delivery never came, and Fed-Ex still shows pending after all of this time. Fed-Ex just makes excuses every time I've given them a call and they don't do anything to assist either. The My Pillow company has refused to provide me assistance after my numerous phone calls and emails when I contacted them. Because of this, I placed a dispute with Paypal which I sent the funds, but PayPal has not budged either because MyPillow refuses to cooperate with them. This is under Order #21985990 with the MyPillow company and apparently, they're determined to keep my money for no exchange of merchandise. Resolution Sought Refund my money!
