The expected delivery time was spring 2007, but the company failed to deliver the vehicles. Complainants indicate the contract provides for a refund of the deposit, plus 10% interest, if the company fails to fulfill the contract. However, once complainants attempt to contact the company to request a refund, their telephone calls, messages and emails are unreturned.

The company responds to one complaint by stating a bank error caused the refund not to appear in the customer's account, and that even though deposits are non-refundable, they did issue a refund as requested.
