Have there employees do there job right.

I currently live in Greenfield village apartments where my car was towed after being in an open parking spot as what the manager at the property told me I left it at 4am when i was coming back with my 1 year old from the hospital. I even told security if it was ok to leave car there he said yes as long as it had a valid parking permit. I called network parking spoke with a lady who worked today September 8 2021 about why they had towed my car was super rude yelling at me telling me my personal life was not her business and so then i told her if they tow cars from that parking spot how come they don't tow the cars that are at the moment. She said i didn't have to tell her what to do and started yelling at me that they do not work 24hrs but yet they took my car at 5am I felt discriminated on how only my car was towed but yet nobody else as always there is cars everyday.
