Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. I'm not looking for money, but to expose how crooked they are to other consumers!

I cancelled NextVolt Energy after ComEd (Illinois) told me the amount I was paying my supplier (NextVolt Energy);which being in a regulated state of Illinois, was way too high. So I cancelled w/NextVolt & went w/ComEd as my supplier. Thus, the problem with NextVolt Energy quoting me 3 different closeout acct. cost. I have documented names of each rep. from NextVolt, except one rep. I finally told the last rep. named Anelisse after suggesting to her that I've rec'd. 3 different ending accts. quote that someone at their company was lying & I was going to get in touch w/BBB & possibly my lawyer;I'm paying their final lying cost to me & never contact me again. If I can get in touch w/one of the local Chicago tv stations, as well, I might do that too. I'm not looking for money, but to expose how crooked they are to other consumers!
