Plumber made a little leak worst!

Had a little leak coming from 2nd story bathroom. Norwalk/La Mirada plumbing sent their plumber Mario per my uncles phone request on 4/9/2021 on a late afternoon. Mario arrived & we directed to the upstairs bathroom. The tub & sink were backed up from the day before & the toilet now wouldn't flush. Mario looked at the toilet & pulled the toilet with the water in the toilet. I was 2 rooms away when I heard a pouring sound like a waterfall, but it was a butt load of water coming down the wall where the little leak was located, now we have a soaked east side wall, window sill & pond inside the den. The plumber gave no attention to the mess he made. The only thing the plumber did was change the shutoff valve cause he said it didn't work, which was B.S. it took the plumber like 8 mins to put the toilet back & told my grandma she needed a new toilet & calcium builds up on the 3 inch abs discharge pipes. Told my grandma to put the new toilet upstairs so when he returns back the following week so he could install it. 4/14/2021 we received Norwalk/La Miradas plumbings quote to install new toilet for $650.00 before they even did the work. We called the plumber, declined their services because we refuse to do buisness with people who create bigger problems than what we originally called them for in the 1st place.
