Consumer states; The refuses to take care of my issue with broken drain line. I've done business with them for 30 years all because I had to cancel cause I had to go to the hospital last time I did business was 1/18/2022. Resolution Sought Consumer states; I want them to take care of my issue with broken drain line.

After many Years of great relationship, Ms. Kershaw became very difficult to work for. We had called numerous times to set up appointments for one service call. Eventually our tech showed came to front door and turned us away. Does not want to give her email, and accuses us of trying to rip her off. Look at our record, this is not who we are. The bottom line, she needs to permanent care taker, to handles her finances and needs. Unfortunately these things happen at a certain age in life. We wish her the best.
