The sellers are nothing but thieves and they lie.

Offer Up is a online shopping business. I thought I was purchasing a car for 1200.00, but it turns out this business is allowing fraud to post on their purchase site. The person sent me a eBay Buyer Protective Number and the invoice for my purchase. Sent instructions on payment. They claimed that they are in training to deploy and need to sell the cars as soon as possible. The invoice states to go to CVS and purchase 1200.00 in gift cards then call the fake eBay payment center. You call and give them the numbers to the gift card and they hold the numbers for 5 days . It is a total top.off. I am so thankful called eBay and they told me you have to bid on their cars . They never take payment in gift card form. I then went to try to more purchases and the same scenario, just a different lie about where they were. Located. I don't know if anyone from eBay is involved, but it is worth looking into to this. I read reviews and so many young people lost their hard earned cash to this scheme. Put Offer Up out of business. They are letting or involved with fraudulent. People selling expensive items on their website.
