Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. I sold an item on this site over 2 weeks ago. My item was shipped in a timely manner and I was told that payment will be received after 2 days. It's been 2 weeks and I've not received any payment. All my messages to this company have been ignored. Resolution Sought I will like my payment to be deposited or my item returned promptly.

I am a 65 year old diasbled woman in Hempstead NY Its my 1st time I purchased anything on this site OfferUp.com. It was for a ipad air2 tablet from a seller in West Hempstead (walking distance actually) I was told the exchange can be in person & the tablet was reset to factory specs. I specifically asked that there were no accounts or services attached to this tablet & told there wasnt. After buying I learned the sellers account was still connected which blocked me from being able to use the tablet . Repeated contact to the seller seemed amiable at first, now i suspect it was intentional, the seller deliberately left it like that knowing it would prevent me from using the tablet & after several messages last claiming he may have to meet me to correct this he refuses to reply further I contacted Offer Up for assistance for this very simple resolution & am being given the run around. Last response was about nothing to do with the problem at all. Its clear in the messages between myself 7 the seller exactly what went wrong in it he claims he simply forgot to remove his account. This is all documented & clear. All I needed was for him to remove his account & he said he would do this so why am I cheated of my money left with a table I cant access anything on? Please advise, thank you Resolution Sought I only need this account removed or reset or whatever it will take so i can access this tablet to use it, it works otherwise thos i wasnt given the charging cable so i dont know if recharges ok or not I ordered a cable for it I havent received yet
