These people have been working on my tax case for 2 1/2 years and the only thing they could come up with after telling me they could get the amount down which they didn't. I was already on a payment plan and could've been finish paying on it in this 2 years but, was told by there representative not to do anything they would take it from there to work on getting the situation resolved. I feel that they mislead me in what the were going to do leaving me in a worst situation then what I was in from the beginning. Not only do I have to get another payment plan but, the money I paid them I could've used to pay on my it's account back then and stuck to my payment plan and it could've been paid off or nearly paid by now. I explained that to the representative and the only thing they wanted to offer is a 121 dollar after all this time of putting me in the rear. Resolution Sought I would like for you to get me a full refund.
