Complainants allege a variety of problems relating to shipping, delivery, billing and customer service. Some customers complain that items ordered are delivered in the wrong color, arrive damaged or with parts missing, or are not delivered at all. Complainants allegedly experience difficulty with exchanges, returns, or with obtaining missing or damaged parts. Other complainants are dissatisfied with the restocking fees imposed by the company when returns are due to company shipping errors or incorrect, or incomplete merchandise. Many customers complain they are unable to contact the company to arrange exchanges or returns, alleging e-mails and phone calls are not answered by the company.The company responds to some complaints by shipping orders, or sending exchange parts or missing items.
