Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This company engages in fraudulent activities.

I purchased 5 gold buffalo coins last August (2023), but have only received 3 coins as of February 20, 2024. My multiple calls to David Wolfson, Paradigm CEO, have resulted in promises but no coin deliveries. I am currently considering legal action.
