As i tried to explain my situation to him he really did not assist me. When i finished telling him my version of the incident he told me bronze or custimerd with higher privileges are aware to stand in that line. So i asked can you check the women status come to find out her player card was a silver and mine was gold. Your manager didn't ask i had gotten upset and wanted to find out answer on my own.
