Today, August 22, 2021, I was visiting your casino. I went to the casino, because I needed an outlet. I was feeling stressed. I was with my daughter and lost my phone. I realized as we were in the car, I had lost my phone. My daughter called my phone and Public Safety answered. They had my phone. My issue: The was an older white man working and a young Hispanic male. The older guy explained to me where the phone was found. The young man never acknowledged me. I was so thankful, I thanked them both. The young man never looked up. The young man would not even let my daughter put my code in to get the phone. They had to see my ID. Now we had just called and they said the phone was there. Anyway, that young man was horrible. No customer service. I felt like I was nothing. What he should know is, he has NO idea who he may be speaking with. In a time with the pandemic and people going through so much, he should have a more sensitive attitude. It is 12:51 AM but how he treated me was horrible. I was so friendly, yet he snubbed me. I didnt know the King of Pechanga would be helping me. Resolution Sought I would like you to talk to this young man. I'm sure I'm not the first he has snubbed. The older guy was outstanding. The young man was so cocky, and to act like I didn't exist is horrible. I really don't want to go back there. Really. He acted like he was policeman. I take that back, I'm sure they would have been nicer. Let the older guy train him! Maybe he was having a bad day, i don't think. I believe he thinks he's superior. Ta

My elderly mother put a 15.00 ticket in a machine and it malfunctioned. Someone came, opened the machine and said he couldn't see it and that it must be further back and he couldn't get it so he called for assistance and she waited for about an hour and finally a woman and a security woman came and opened and said since they can't see it, too bad basically. My mother was very upset because she doesn't lie and your security person said she didn't like her attitude. It's a good thing I didn't hear her say that because things would have escalated. Rude! And she is owed 15.00 plus her time she waited and for being mistreated! Also, we ordered drinks that never came, terrible service! Pechanga needs to step it up, train it's employees on how to treat guests. Resolution Sought I want my mothers money that was lost in the machine, an apology for being talked disrespectfully and some drink vouchers so we can go to the bar and gets our own drinks.
