Others claim the tow truck drivers request cash payments upfront starting at $120.00 prior to impounding vehicles with claims that charges would increase to hundreds of dollars more at their storage yard. In some cases customers report that the company uses intimidation tactics and fails to provide paperwork and other legal disclosures that are required by law.
