Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Don't use these guys! I would give them a minus 5 stars if I could. Never fixed the problem but charged $120.

Made appointment for 11 am. by 12:30 still not there. I called and was told it was a 3 hr window (11 - 2). At 4 I called and they said they would be there within an hour. Came at 4:30. He tried to force the filler hose back on without even removing the panel to see where it went. Then stuck a large screwdriver into the opening to enlarge it and hammered the filler hose in. Finally said it was fixed and charged $120. The very next morning water was leaking all over the freezer. I'll never call these guys again. Total rip-off.
