Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Complainants allege deceptive advertising in connection with property lists, dissatisfaction with cancellation and refund policies, and poor customer service. Some customers complain they join the service to get information on a specific property which is listed on the company's Internet site. After fees are paid, they discovered the property is unavailable, or rents are considerably more than the listed price. A few report dissatisfaction with the pro-rated or partial refund amount received. Complainats contend they were misled into purchasing the service, therefore should not be penalized for cancelling. Some customers complain lists are not provided as agreed, calls are not returned, and e mail messages are not responded to.
