She needs to be removed from or 7/11 in general until she is trained properly in hospitality & customer service.

Harassed and uncomfortable at this store location. My sister came in with her service dog and the store manager Elaine asked to see her paper work which is a HIPPA violation. We didn't want an issue, we take the dog back home and come back to get our morning coffee. Very angrily she states the registers are down, so I decided to play the slot machine until the registers come back up, so I didn't have to make another visit and my business get turned away…. She turned away every customer and gave them a time frame but not us. She then threatened me and told me I need to leave all while I'm playing their slot machine.. The police were called stating trespassing where Officer Livingston 1341, and Swann 2430 took my information for "trespassing" the Store clerk was still over talking the police trying to get them to arrest me when I was not in the wrong. They were nice and walked us out the door as the STORE MANAGER continued to harass me and show NO customer service.
