I'd like the Manager or Owner to explain to the clerk that all money is accepted. If they refuse my payment, I'm able to leave with what I paid for.

I walked into this location 711 and had $1.00 worth of nickels and dimes in my hand. I had a bag of $2.00 in change in my other hand. I had exactly $3.00 because I counted it in the car. I asked "how much is a bag of ice?" The Clerk responded "$3.57". I said "okay, I have $1,00 in my hand already counted out and I have.." He then cut me off and told me " I am not accepting change, I just filled my drawer and I don't need anymore". I then said "I can't pay for 1 bag of ice in change?". He told me "No". Although I had a card I could've used, I was trying to rid some of the change in my car. The change I had was nickels, dimes, and 4 quarters. I felt this was entirely unprofessional and I have no idea why my money was north worth taking.
