Not providing restrooms for customers!!

I always go to this 7 Eleven store and they used to provide a restroom for consumers but now if you buy a pizza and something to Drink and eat it at the store and you need to go to the bathroom afterwards they will not provide a restroom for customers but they will sell you all the hot food and drinks you can eat, so I had to walk down to a restaurant in order to be able to use the restroom. Very sad that they are not being required by State and Local Laws to provide a restroom for customers. If anyone can help with this matter it will help a lot of people because many workers come here every day especially in the morning but no restroom is provided. I would like the State and Local Laws to help mandate that any store, retail store or restaurant that sells Hot Food and Drinks should be required to provide at least a restroom that one could use in an emergency.
