Fair business

cent stores advise now they have 10 discount on majority of the items, but they majority of items even with 10 in front of it does not goes through cashier discount items . I find out on my visit to 3rd store by one of customer. She was telling me that "you watch the price on cashier machines and tell them if 10 discount is not on. Sure enough almost none of them had 10 discount. they cheated me and all their costumes. I spent about $300 ant not knowing that I wasn't getting 10 discount
