Not reliable and unprofessional.

5 days ago we called and told them we had a Goodman a/c that wasn't working and was under warranty. We knew it was the fan motor and told them. They sent someone out and he argued that it wasn't the fan and put a new capacitor in. After maybe 1 hour it quit working again. We called them back repeatedly and left messages. They never returned our calls. Meanwhile it's 100 degrees outside and 80 inside and they still never returned our calls. Today we called again and they answered and said they didn't honor Goodman warranties anymore. They could have told us that last week and we could have had someone else to fix it. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of their customers. This should go against them as not reliable and unprofessional is someone were to inquire about them. There's nothing they will do. I just want a black mark against them for stringing someone along know full well they weren't going to fix the problem. If we didn't have another a/c unit and a guest house we would have had o get a hotel room due to their lack of responsible business ethics. Others may not be so lucky.
