To be helpful and not with hold medication from people!!!!

Accredo has been extremely hard to work with getting my specialty meds. There was a change in my insurance; they were aware and I was out of my medication for over a month. Every time I called I got a different story. I was hung up on; lied to about documents. they gave me the run around. I offered to pay for my medication out of pocket, and they wouldn't allow me to set up an account bc it takes 7 days. I have been keeping in touch with my insurance company and Aldo my doctor and Accredo keeps going back and forth with all of us and giving each one of us different stories. I have T1 diabetes and also RA. They are with holding my RA medication. I am a mother of 2 and also work a FT job. I should not have to fight for my health care when this is something I have not ask for! To be helpful and not with hold medication from people!!!!
