Activision is an awful company that just takes advantage of their customers. They don't have any type of customer support that will actually help you when you have an issue. All their so called support team does is send the same scripted bs no matter what your complaint says. Activision is not willing to help or even attempt to help with any issue I've brought to their attention and I'm tired of this company. Their games suck. Their customer support is non existent. They don't care about the people playing their games. They just want your money and for you to go away. They will not address any issues you have and don't even read the whole complaint when they get them. I can't speak with anyone other than using their stupid online claims process which doesn't give you the option to reply. Then they just close the ticket you have opened after telling you they can't do anything about it. This company is nothing but garbage ran by scum.

Less than 1 star if I could

Company is a complete scam. They don't care about customers. So many people's accounts getting banned or stuck in limited matchmaking for no reason and they send the same automated response. You can't speak directly to an individual. They need to be sued class action lawsuit
