Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Less than 1 star if I could

Company is a complete scam. They don't care about customers. So many people's accounts getting banned or stuck in limited matchmaking for no reason and they send the same automated response. You can't speak directly to an individual. They need to be sued class action lawsuit

Some complainants allege gaming merchandise is received in defective condition service provided did not function properly that hackers and cheaters change maps and configurations to ruin their play experience or they experience difficulties with obtaining credits or refunds.
