Every few months Adapt Health calls me to tell me my CPAP machine is in "Asset Recovery" because they do not have the necessary clinical documents. I then call my doctor's office and advise them. They tell me they sent the documents a number of times, but will send them again, at which point AH confirms receipt. Three months later the same thing happens again. This happens over and over again. They also call me periodically to tell me I need a sleep study, when I have had one recently and they have the data. This happens over and over again as well. It appears that they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. To top it off, the claim they are unable to transfer you to a supervisor. I have a close friend who now buys his equipment retail to avoid dealing with Adapt Health. Resolution Sought Disappear from the face of the earth.

I have closed my account with adapt health and received notice that they would stop calling me after my last complaint through the BBB about them. They have called me 9 times in two weeks trying to get me to buy more supplies and I've asked them to stop calling every time. They do not stop. I'm getting in trouble at my job now because I keep having to take their unsolicited calls. Resolution Sought I would like my money that I've lost to this company returned to me. I do not know how much it is in total. And I want them to never contact me again. Their customer service was horrible, their computer system clearly doesn't work, and the do not call list does not seem to apply to them.
