I have closed my account with adapt health and received notice that they would stop calling me after my last complaint through the BBB about them. They have called me 9 times in two weeks trying to get me to buy more supplies and I've asked them to stop calling every time. They do not stop. I'm getting in trouble at my job now because I keep having to take their unsolicited calls. Resolution Sought I would like my money that I've lost to this company returned to me. I do not know how much it is in total. And I want them to never contact me again. Their customer service was horrible, their computer system clearly doesn't work, and the do not call list does not seem to apply to them.

My bill is messed up. Humana says I owe0$ But I am still billed from aerocare adapt health I have tried talking to them. They don't understand And they run me in circles to different bill answering persons. Resolution Sought Stop billing me and clear my account it is now on hold and i can't order supplies needed
