I was mislead on an insurance policy, I had insurance which was due to expire February 7th 2024 from Kemper Auto insurance whom I have been with for 7yrs. I called Adriana insurance for a quote on February 5th 2024. The insurance agent told me that I can receive a minimum policy coverage which I never heard of, in which she said it's less than full coverage but more than liability, from what I know it's either liability or full coverage and no in between when the vehicle is financed it's typically full as the lender is to protect their assets. This sold me on that everyone nowadays get minimum coverage. Within the first hour of signing the contract I canceled because I saw the insurance card said Liability. The agent was upset ignored my calls and text then insinuated that I was doing something illegal because I already had insurance. I called another agent which said I would get a full refund which I have not received and just today February 29 2024 another agent told me I will not be getting a refund from them. The refund will depend on the insurance carrier that the policy was canceled from and Adriana insurance is the broker so they will also keep a percentage. Resolution Sought I would just like the amount of $360.00 refunded and the amount of $74.00 that I now owe the insurance carrier that was canceled because Aspire Insurance said they did not receive the cancellation notice til February 10th, 4days after I canceled.

Last month of June 6 I sign up for insurance with Adriana's insurance. It was going to be 245 bucks roughly to start the insurance policy. They told me that it was $90 a month. Not even the first month I go to make sure the payment got taken out of my account which it didn't then they were giving me issues telling me my payment was 135 with a $45 phone payment charge which is ridiculous, I want that refund for $45 on top of whatever minus is from the $90 payment that was supposed to be taken out every month. No one ever told me about the charge for that payment over the phone and also the big thing was, I never gave them approval to pay over the phone. I was asking how much it was and I was complaining and refusing to pay it Put me on hold before I can tell him I didn't want to charges on my account but now I have those charges and I'm going to dispute it. I've had a really crazy uncomfortable experience with this company and I would like a refund and an explanation why their manager promised to call me and never called me back. They hung up on me and gave me very rude and unprofessional customer service. I'm from California and I'm very uneasy about this whole situation. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is to be paid back to $45 for the phone payment and I want to only pay $90 like I was told a promise I'm going to look and shop around for a new car insurance but I want to file this claim and whatever else I need to do I've never been treated support me at any other company and I've never paid almost close to $400 in one month for liability. Car insurance just seems very fishy and the fact that no one will give me direct answers or actually talk to me I get passed around like
