DO NOT BUY FROM Airsoft Megastore!

DO NOT BUY FROM Airsoft Megastore! I bought an air rifle for my son Christmas 2013 and it never worked. Before I even sent it back customer service said they would not honor the warranty because I used non-authorized pellets. The gun never even shot pellets! There were no pellets in the gun. When they received it they would not even replace it. The San Jose, CA BBB said Airsoft Megastore never even responded to the complaint I filed. I am still waiting on results from the FTC and NC Attn General office. The website will not even allow reviews of products to be posted!!!
