At your Eagle River, AK location the manager and one of the associates went directly out of their way to be as difficult and as sexiest as they could be too me and it was extremely frustrating and a complete defamation of character. I was trying to switch out cash for a business I work for as I do some of the managerial accounting. I told the first clerk this and she said unless I had an account that they were not able to help me so I said I would open an account and she moved me down to another lady who was extremely nice and deserves a promotion for how helpful she was being. The first clerk who I talked to then went and grabbed the manager as I was setting up an account and stopped the very helpful lady from helping me saying that I would be unable to set up an account. This is all after they not only recognized the petty cash bag I had from the business but they knew the girl I work with that has a personal account and comes in for the same reason and allow her too do cash switch outs. I was given no explanation as to why I could not only set up an account but also wasn't allowed to do cash switch outs like they do for the girl WHO I then called to come and do it and they allowed her too shortly after. It was unethical, unprofessional and completely embarrassing especially when I called my coworker to come do exactly what I was trying to do. It is a direct example of sexiest behavior and I am appalled that your company allows this. I will be telling others.
