Get people on the phone who speak English well, get honest workers and do better at getting help.
I filed a request to help my daughter change her tire out of town. All state called back and it was a women who spoke with a heavy accent and very hard to understand. She told me All State could not show up because it was flooded. Told me to have her call 911. In the process they never cancelled the tow truck. Tow truck showed up and let my daughter know that they were lying about being able to reach her for flooding. Tow truck needed them to call back for insurance purposes. So i called and they assured me someone would call the tow truck. They never did and i had to make a new request to get a hold of someone. Thankfully the tow truck guy stayed patient for my daughter because All State was taking advantage of the situation. The tow truck guy chewed the All State road side assistant person out once they finally caller back. Such a freaking hassle for no reason. This entire process took almost two hours!

Homeowners Insurance
Allstate,s commercial (you're in good hands) does not ring true. Allstate hires unprofessional and not knowledgeable agents to come out to your home to estimate damages done. The agent tells you he will wright up the damages to your property and call you later to tell you the amount of monies to be paid for said damages. At a later time, the agent will then tell you, his supervisor says that Allstate will not pay for the aforementioned damages. The Superviser then says, because the agent was wrong.I thought I was in good hands. I think Allstate should still pay for the damages, especially since being told three times like by their agent who came out representing the company ,that the damages would be paid for by Allstate. There are several other clients of Allstate that I have talked to who is at the present time battling with Allstate,s Superviser's for not wanting to pay for damages done to their homes as well. I give Allstate a rating of zero (0) out of 1 to 10
