First of all, this complaint is NOT against my agent, it is against the policies and procedures of the company Allstate. I'm not sure when I became a client/customer, I think early nineties, but I feel I am being WAY over charged, especially with the service I am not receiving. I filed a claim on my house in late April for roof damage (claim #0791406432). It has taken me five to six attempts to get someone out here to look at my roof. I know of several of my neighbors that have had their roofs replaced due to hail damage. I have had rain in my home coming from the second story. Your adjuster would not come in and see the inside damage. Plus he said my deduct was too high, and I did NOT have hail damage. I have had a contractor come and look. He said my roof is totaled due to hail damage. I suggest Allstate send a qualified adjuster and give me enough notice that I can contact my roofer so they can look at roof together. All the red tape I kept going through to get an Adjuster out here seemed to be designed that Allstate would be here without my roofer - just a little shady in my opinion Thank You Extremely upset customer Resolution Sought My roof replaced

I've had identity theft problems they turned off my debit card Allstate was sending me texts saying I was all set never notified me since February that I did not have insurance I was told the payments were being made got to work Monday they told me I do not have insurance and told me to go somewhere else not a good way to do business luckily I was in my work van the car was in the driveway but I am so upset with this company for doing this to me no email no phone call there should be some repercussion thank you please help Resolution Sought I want a refund of $77 they took for my motorcycle 3 days ago and made me switch
