Unacceptable I filed a claim and the adjuster investigated the claim for what reason is unbeknowest to me because someone broke into my car and stole my in dash touchscreen radio and my laptop and broke my dashboard up a lil bit and that's was it a small claim and this lady Kristie Smed had me on the phone over an hour conducting a phone interview asking me the dumbest questions about who I was with and where did we go and whats their name and their number I mean invasive. So I told her when she called I was at the emergency room with my wife I then told her my wife situation about how she had a large blood clot that almost killed her a couple months prior from birth control pills and that lady continued to ask questions as if I hadn't said anything she never once said like I'm sorry to hear that like most normal human beings she just went on with her interview mind you she kept me on the phone a little over an hour knowing my situation that my wife is having an episode where she can't breathe so at this point I'm furious so I had to let her know who she was talking to I don't take disrespect from anybody I don't care if it's the president he not gone disrespect me data just how I feel about it. So I told her this is small claim I mean to its pennies but I lay almost $300 a month and if my policy covers it I'm filing it that's what I pay for just laid my premium last night. So I told her I made 189k i have my tax return. I own a home a 100k in equity my wife has a Benz too! Resolution Sought Pay for the repairs that their taking their time cause it has to be paid I also want loss of use for not having a vehicle due to stupidity and bad judgment she just made a bad decision she assumed wrong. And she is costing the company unnecessary money cause she could have been paid this claim but she dodging my calls now the claim has went to the supervisor can't get him on the phone so ok everyday I go without my car I want loss of use. My car is drivable but they haven't paid me my money.

I had a leak in my bathroom and I wasn't away of it. Once I ound it I fixed it but it has cause damage to my floor. I filed a claim with my insurance company. They refused to pay because he stated that I didn't find it right away. But once I found it I fixed it but it has cause damage to my floor. And now they don't want to accept my claim Resolution Sought Cover my lost. That's why I've been paying insurance.
