I file a claim with Allstate insurance for damages they have sent 3 separate adjusters to my house . They have not received the matter. They keep making excuses and so not respond. They do not have enough people to do the work. They say they are not available to respond and they need more time yet Its been 3 months. They are very irresponsible and will not answer the phones he ir emails. All they say is to visit claim page which doesn't have answers or doesn't open. It's a mess. They are scammers ng people. The person I spoke with last told me that they are not approving the claim. They didn't say anything's ng else and the amount they have in the claim is the cheapest amount they want to give. It's a mess and they are still not responding. Resolution Sought Solve the issue. It's that simple. I provided pictures and all. The adjusters provided separate reports. Still nothing. They are the worst Company. To deal with. They sent me a letter sat by they will not renew my policy. U don't want to use them. Not anymore

On March 12th 2026 I called Allstate to file a claim for water damage to the inside of my home that came from the storm that took place early that week, puddle of water on my floor, ceiling about to fall in, shingles blown away, insulation above and below wet . Allstate sent their people in to dry up everything, and remove wet insulation in attic and below the floor, cutting my floor as well, they didn't remove the ceiling in which they should have. My contractor sent an estimate in to Allstate in which they claim they it was inflated. Allstate since out their inspector and a contractor in which they wanted to patch everything to my house, patch the roof, patch the ceiling and patch my floor, in which Allstate contractors cut up, no one said nothing about my table and chairs that were stain by the water, and also insulation above and beneath that got wet as well. Resolution Sought To honor my contractor bid, and replace my ceiling, floor, roof, and all my furniture that got water damage
