Stop this add. It is repulsive

I object and will launch a mom protest against your meham commercial. Our youth doesn't need to be exposed to trash like this.

I called many times and try to reach my agent Jill Bambraugh ABOUT MY INSURANCE REFUND STATUS and not a single return call or email until I complained to Brad at her office who incidentally is a rude and condescending person. He talks over you and does not listen to pain points. Then after my horrible phone call experience with Brad, she finally writes back and threatens to file a HOSTILE CUSTOMER complaint against me!?? What is wrong with ALLSTATE? Is this how you treat customers?? Is this normal???
