Be careful....customer service is HORRIBLE.

I bought a Snap-On pressure washer, a good name and model two years ago and the wand cracked. None of the aftermarket wands fit with Snap-on and you must call All Trade Tool for the part. I started a month ago with 4 calls to the 1-800 line with not one call answered or a call back after leaving detail on voice mail with detail. I emailed 4 separate times sharing model and serial number and what I need. Again, not one email returned with any update or explanation. The $200 pressure washer is useless without a good wand and this company is the only source and wont call back. Very disappointed and frustrated.
