Horrible customer service and scammers

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with, it took 10 phone calls just to speak to a supervisor in regards to my auto loan, then I had to speak to 3 different supervisors all who couldn't or wouldn't help me reconcile the accout! One even hung up on me!! After questioning why they were insisting I still owed them 6 more payments after the loan maturted no one was able to answer my question, they were like reading from a script!!!NO ONE spoke English!!!and even their finance dept. didn't have the right documentation in front of them. They said they would review and get back to me, they said they wouldnt repo the car, well the only people that called back were the people trying to get a past due amount that was fraudulent and they did come repo my car after missing one payment due to it being under review!!!!then they still wouldnt let me speak to a supervisor to reconile the account and they wouldnt' tell me where my car was or who took it. They are a scam and if you read other reviews about them you will see that other people had the same complaints.!!!!
