I reach out to Amazon telling I didn't get all my diamonds on my diamond painting. They say because it been over 30 days they can't give me credit or replace. I buy lots of diamond painting and I don't get them out to check to see if they sent all my diamonds and I shouldn't have too. Resolution Sought Get the problems solved

I bought a A/C unit from Amazon on May 15 , 2026 And the unit stopped working September 10 , 2026 . The unit should have a warranty longer than 4 months.Amazon will not help me on the unit or give me information on the manufacturer to get a refund or replacement. Resolution Sought I want Amazon to stand behind what the sale and replace the unit or give me a refund or make m the manufacturer fix the problem
