Amazon advertises on the direct Express app that you can get a discount on prime membership is you have a direct express card. What they don't say is that you will need a credit card because they always charge in advance which they know is not allowed and results in suspicious activity and the account will be suspended. no matter how many times I have called and resolved the suspension 5 minutes after I get off the phone they again try to charge me in advance and the account is suspended again. None of this of course affects them from getting paid when the bill is due this only affects the ability to use the service that is being paid for. Resolution Sought I would like if Amazon was not allowed to sell subscriptions and then shut them down just because they are not allowed to get away with their unethical practice of collecting monthly payments twice every month

I subscribe to Amazon music and despite paying a monthly subscription fee the app doesn't work appropriately it stops skips music gets stuck turns off on its own. It has been updated and I've made complaints to the app developers and company repeatedly for the past year Resolution Sought I'd like for my subscription fees to be returned and the problem fixed it is my preferred music streaming app and have a playlist with over 1000 songs
