Amazon will not refund my money in cash. They keep on giving me a runaround trying to force me to get a gift card for them so the money could be spent with them. It's been going on two months and I still have not get anywhere with them it's always an excuse. All they tell me they're gonna send a check. They don't send it all. There was information that we didn't get. I give them the full information and they keep going to the same thing over and over trying to get me frustrated so I could not call and just keep the gift card Resolution Sought Return my money back to my bank or send me the check.
