I accidentally ordered online some brake pads and rotors and within seconds they order went through and I didn't get the option to cancel the order so I waited to receive so I can return the items back in the same shipping package and I distinctly requested a full refund back to my debit card on file ending in 0678 well Amazon took it apon themselves to refund my amount to a digital gift card to which I never approved Resolution Sought To return my full refund to my debit card on file

Amazon has not refunded my check for a table I purchase and returned 1/24 I have the receipt of the return and several emails stating they would return my money even as far as 6/2025 but they keep giving me false hope disrespect from their customers service team. My bank gave me an credit but since Amazon didn't sent the refund in a timely manner the bank close the account and sent it to collections. Amazon have told me that I had the options to have the money sent directly to my new my bank account without me waiting for 10 weeks but I had to create a new email address in which I did . They said that they would send me the link but haven't. I've call several more times to confirm the the instructions only to get hung up on. Resolution Sought I would like my 174 to be returned to me so that I get that collection off my credit
