I ordered several items from Amazon, including a lip liner, which never arrived. I submitted the incident report they requested and answered all the questions, yet they claimed it was "invalid" without explaining why. I've been bounced around from rep to rep, disconnected from chats, and asked to redo things I already completed. I've talked to supervisors who just repeat the same steps without actually resolving anything.I'm not asking for replacements , I want a refund. I've done everything on my end. I'm dealing with enough in my personal life, including serious health issues, and this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I need Amazon to take accountability and process my refund immediately. Resolution Sought I want a full refund issued for the items I did not receive, including the lip liner. I do not want a replacement. I want this matter resolved without being asked to resubmit forms or repeat steps I've already completed. I expect acknowledgment of the inconvenience this situation has caused and an end to the back and forth with customer service.
