I have been waiting for my shipping cost refunded since November 2025. See the email that I got from Amazon regarding the refund below. 6:30 < Inbox Hello, This confirm to you in writing that I have put a note in your account that I have advice you to return the item pay for the shipping cost and we will request refund from the seller and if the seller won't process the refund send us the receipt for us to process refund back to Gift card as One time exception. I was working at the hospital from six in the morning to 7:30 PM in Anaheim on November 24, 2025.1 Incident Description Temporary received the delivery notification from Amazon that my package was delivered on November 24, 2025. Tempora When I got home at around 9 PM on November 24, 2025 the package was not at my door. I contacted Amazon right away, advising them that I did not have my package and they advised me to wait a few days to see if it would turn up. Then I was advised three different times my refund was issued but it in fact was Mercer issued. My package never arrived. I do live in an apartment complex complex duplex and at the time I had no neighbor on the side, but due to the holidays, a lot of packages have been missing or sent to wrong address. I attempted to dispute with my bank, but they said amazon provided the proof which was just a photo. They denied my dispute. I am a very faithful customer to both Amazon and my bank. I do not think this is fair as it is a large amount of money for me not to have my item. Resolution Sought Provide me my refund.
