I ordered some items from Amazon. Their delivery services is guaranteed delivery between 7 AM and 11 AM. I called Amazon to try to resolve it. Ask them for a refund because my items will not be here on time. They beat around the bush talking about there was nothing they can do. I want my money back. It was guaranteed delivery and it's not my fault. This is not the first time that deliveries have been delayed. And they should not have guaranteed delivery if it's not going to arrive in a timely manner. I'm going out of town 3 PM is not a good time for me tomorrow. It's not a good time for me. They say you can get a refund if it's not delivered on time and it has not been. Resolution Sought I would like them to give me a refund immediately. Stop guaranteeing delivery and the items don't come on time and you make customers wait.

I ordered two items from Amazon, one item cost $108.86 and the order number for this item is 8202 and the other item cost $21.76 with order number 1468. These items were purchased separately, but apparently were delivered together. Unfortunately, the Amazon delivery person left it somewhere outside and someone may have took it. I called Amazon a total of six times to notify them that neither of my packages were delivered. I was expecting them to either give me a replacement or offered a refund. Instead they have refused and told me to instead go and file a complaint with the police, which makes absolutely no sense. I can't walk into a police station and tell them someone who I don't know took something from I don't know where, because how would they investigate such a case? I want my money back because I'm not a rich person, and this to me is a lot of money to just forget about it. Resolution Sought At this point I don't care anymore about the item. I want my money back and I will cancel my Amazon membership account after everything is settled.
