Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Amazon Didn't Deliver My Package and Cancelled My Order On August 5, 2026 I ordered an item from Amazon then after waiting for 2 days I received a notification on August 7, 2026 from Amazon saying that my package is going arrive late afternoon today so after patiently waiting until it was almost sundown I still didn't receive my package then I received notification from Amazon again saying that my package may have been affected by an issue that occurred in transit and then Amazon completely just cancelled my order which bothered me because it was a complete waste of time had me waiting all this time just to cancelled my order at the last minute. Resolution Sought I just want Amazon to give me a $25 Amazon gift card for the inconvenience.

I ordered a few items Order placed July 29, 2026 Order # 114-8939785-8905845 it stated delivered on 7/29. What was delivered wasn't my order. The picture taken clearly shows not my order. It was someone else order. I asked Amazon to come and pick up my order and I was told they don't do that. I left it outside. I have called several times trying to get my money back as of 8/9 nothing. They put my account on hold due to returns if I get something and its doesn't match the description why would I keep?? They shouldn't sell poor quality products. I just want my refund!! I should be compensated for all the calls I have made and the run around and explaining the reason I return items. I ordered so vitamins and every other word was misspelled they told me to trash it. I purchased a wig it smelled and the bangs were look like a child cut them once I was told to trash it or donate it. That's what I did donated it. My concern is my refund, I shouldn't have to wait for something that was Not my fault. I feel like Amazon is stealing from me. Please help me get this resolved.
