I have ordered stuff off amazon 2 weeks ago and I haven't still receive anything !!? I have called 3 times each time they couldn't tell me nothing !!! Resolution Sought Delivery the stuff or refund my money cause this is absurd !!?? I have t heard any bad thing about you guys until I ordered stuff and hasn't nevered showed

June 30th I received a order from Amazon: 2 items were not as described, I ordered Fila 2 pack boys sweatshirts, 1 sweatshirts was missing. Ripped into those were 14.99 refund amount with tax 15.99, next item in this order were leopard ugg womans Tasman slippers, totally counterfeit refund amount is 146.42 #113-3080023-1057829 July 1st I returned to staples in olean ny, I recieced confirmation for both items from staples. July 3 I return 3 puffer bags unopened from order: #113-7210764-6426661 each refund for the 3 bags is 32.54 each equaling 97. 64, my issues is Amazon keeps delaying the received date for all 5 items returned I have staples confirmation, after staples scans them and puts them in a box with others returns its out of my hands, it was suppose to be 14 days total for the return process. Know its 37 days. It should not take that long for any return at all. Id like for all 5 items from both orders 162.41 and 97.64 = 260.05 to be returned to my original payment method immediately, they even stated they have proof from staples, buy keep extending out the time. I want ALL refunds. And its impossible to reach them with there AI robot. They got there returns, know I want my money to my original payment method. Thank you. Resolution Sought Return of 162.41 and 97.64 = 260.05 to my original payment method immediately. For all 5 items from 2 orders returned.
