Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I purchased two Amazon gift cards for the amount of 500.00 each to purchase a large order. They put a hold on my account and will not ship my stuff or refund the money. They say they can only resolve it using the email associated with the account. The email has not been used in years and I can't get in it. Please help me. Resolution Sought Please help me get my stuff or my money back. I have limited income. Thank you and God bless you.

Trying to make an Amazon return and my choice is a 75.00 taxi ride, a 3 hour bus trip to the location they offered, or own a printer and print out a return label Which in 2024 is laughable because nobody owns a personal printer anymore. Just 24 hours previous I returned an item to a Staples store 10 mins away and didn't require shipping materials Amazon must change it's return policy. This is unacceptable Resolution Sought Amazon to address this problem
