I would like for them to have better security protocols in place to stop people from being able to just steal others accounts.

Amazon has allowed my account to be hacked for the second time. My first account was hacked and wasn't able to be recovered and now it has happened to me again. This company makes too much money to not have better security protocols.

Amazon Should Not Allow Third-Party Sellers Who Don't Honor Their Warranty

I'm extremely disappointed with Amazon's handling of third-party products and the complete lack of accountability when something goes wrong. I purchased a device sold by a third-party seller, and when it failed well within the advertised warranty period, Amazon's response was essentially a canned message saying it wasn't their problem and that I needed to contact the seller directly. The seller then gave me the same dismissive, unhelpful response — leaving me stuck in the middle with no support, no warranty, and no resolution. Amazon continues to allow these sellers to list products, collect money, and then disappear when customers need help. If Amazon is going to host and profit from third-party sales, they should stand behind the products or at least enforce basic warranty obligations. Instead, customers are left with finger-pointing, canned emails, and zero accountability. This experience has made me rethink buying anything from Amazon that isn't sold directly by Amazon.
