Not a pushy company.

American Alarm Systems were great! They are always on time when I need their service and the prices are reasonable. The upgrades were done right away when I requested it. The technician was friendly and professional. He was not pushy. I like that American Alarm Systems is a smaller business because you deal with the same person and they give personal attention. Unlike, large companies like ADT who was pushy, about their profit and trying to sell things I did not want. Also, with such a huge company you never deal with the same people. I would definitely recommend American Alarm Systems.

American Alarm definitely met my expectations!

American Alarm definitely met my expectations. I have no complaints at all. Vito was very detailed. He told me about everything and treated me with respect. He did not redirect my questions. He called to make sure everything went well after 4 days or so. The service is very good. It makes me feel secure. I have recommended their services to my landlord at work.
