I was contact by a sales representative from this company. he advised he would send me the air hoses to try at no cost. If advised if I liked the hoses, i may be inclined to purchase. There was never any discussion of being charged for these air hoses. They were to be complimentary. This is fraud. Resolution Sought make the invoice go away

According to the audio record on file the sales representative stated that there would not be an upfront charge but that an invoice would be mailed to your attention. Our customer service agents have left several messages to get in touch with the client but he hasn't returned their calls. Please call 800-661-0622 and any agent will be able to assist you.

Offered a free trial and when the product got here we just couldn't use what they sent. It didn't work for our shop and set up so I wanted to just send the hoses back, completely unboxed and unused. I was told I couldn't, customer service was not just rude they were mean. After multiple attempts it was sent back and then I was contacted several times for shipping numbers which I always gave them. They refused to accept that they had signed for the box and I assumed was hoping I had lost the information. Which I hadn't and continued to send every time I was prompted. Then I got a collection notice. Which I responded to as well that the hoses had been returned. Issues is still ongoing . Company knows what they are doing when it comes to selling you a. "Free" trial. Just read the reviews and avoid this company at all cost. Resolution Sought Accept the refund. It was no loss to anyone. Just accept that we couldn't use the free trial product and that we needed to return it. That's all.
